Ingredients

  • Oyster 300g
  • 3 eggs
  • Appropriate amount of cooking oil

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and mix well. Set aside.
