Ingredients

  • Potatoes 500g
  • Pork 100g
  • Appropriate amount of cooking oil

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Cut the pork against the grain into even thin strips, add cooking wine and starch, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes.
