Steam Pot Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- Panax notoginseng powder 10g
- Onion and ginger appropriate amount
- Salt as appropriate
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- wolfberry 10 capsules
- Appropriate amount of water
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash the chicken, add salt and cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes
- 2. Place the steam pot chicken on a plate, top with the whole chicken, Panax notoginseng powder, green onions, ginger and water.
- 3. Add water to the steamer and bring to a boil, then add the steaming tray
- 4. Steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes until cooked through

- 6. Pour in hot oil and steamed fish soy sauce and serve
