- Duck neck 500g
- Dried chili 30g
- Sichuan pepper 15g
- 5 star anise
- cinnamon 1 small piece
- 3 bay leaves
- Ginger 30g
- 1 green onion
- Cooking wine 30ml
- Light soy sauce 60ml
- Dark soy sauce 20ml
- Rock sugar 15g
- Appropriate amount of salt
