Ingredients List
- 500g glutinous rice
- Jiuqu 5g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Appropriate amount of salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Onions, ginger and garlic in moderation
- 1 spoon cooking wine
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash the glutinous rice and soak in water for 4-6 hours
- 2. Drain the water and steam over high
ice is cooked. - 3. Spread out the steamed glutinous rice and dry it to about 30℃ (it won’t be hot to the touch)
- 4. Add koji powder, stir evenly, and put into a clean container
- 5. Dig a small hole in the middle, seal it well, and place it in a warm place to ferment for 2-3 days.
- 6. When you smell the aroma of wine and there is juice in the hole, you can eat it.
