Ingredients
- Pork trotters 200g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
Cooking Steps
- 1. Slice the pig's trotters against the grain, add cooking wine, soy sauce and starch, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes
- 2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it to 70% heat.
- 3. Add the pork trotters and stir-fry quickly over high heat until it changes color.

- 6. Remove from the pot and plate
