Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into thin rectangles.
- 2. Mix pork, mushrooms, carrots, green onions, soy sauce and sesame oil.
- 3. Place filling on tofu slice. Roll up tightly.
- 4. Seal edges with cornstarch slurry.
- 5. Coat rolls in cornstarch, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- 6. Fry at 170 degrees until golden and crispy.
- 7. Drain on paper towels.
- 8. Serve with sweet chili sauce or ketchup.
