Zhejiang Shaoxing Wine Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (about 1.2 kg)
- 300 ml Shaoxing wine (aged preferably)
- 3 slices ginger
- 3 scallions
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- Garnish: goji berries, cilantro
