Ingredients
- Shaoxing stinky tofu 4 pieces (cut cubes)
- Ground pork 80g
- Garlic 3 cloves (minced)
- Scallions 3
- Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Shaoxing wine 1 tsp
- Chili oil 1 tsp
- Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Cut stinky tofu into cubes.
- 2. Heat oil, pan-fry tofu until golden on all sides.
- 3. Remove tofu. Stir-fry ground pork until crispy.
- 4. Add garlic.
- 5. Return tofu.
- 6. Add soy sauce, Shaoxing wine and a little water.
- 7. Simmer 3 minutes.
- 8. Drizzle chili oil. Garnish with scallions. Serve.
