Ingredients

  • Shaoxing stinky tofu 4 pieces (cut cubes)
  • Ground pork 80g
  • Garlic 3 cloves (minced)
  • Scallions 3
  • Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Shaoxing wine 1 tsp
  • Chili oil 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut stinky tofu into cubes.
  2. 2. Heat oil, pan-fry tofu until golden on all sides.
  3. 3. Remove tofu. Stir-fry ground pork until crispy.
  4. 4. Add garlic.
  5. 5. Return tofu.
  6. 6. Add soy sauce, Shaoxing wine and a little water.
  7. 7. Simmer 3 minutes.
  8. 8. Drizzle chili oil. Garnish with scallions. Serve.
