Zhejiang Shaoxing Stinky Tofu Stir Fry
Instructions
- 1. Cut stinky tofu into cubes.
- 2. Heat oil and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
- 3. Remove tofu. Stir-fry ground pork until crispy.
- 4. Add garlic.
- 5. Return tofu.
- 6. Add soy sauce, Shaoxing wine and a little water.
- 7. Simmer 3 minutes.
- 8. Drizzle with chili oil. Garnish with scallions. Serve.
