- Sugar 1 tsp
- Sesame oil 1 tsp

Instructions
- 1. Prepare spring onion pancakes.
- 2. Cut fresh scallions into long sections.
- 3. Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
- 4. Place scallions in the center of the pan.
- 5. Place one pancake over the scallions. Press gently.
- 6. Cook until pancake is warm and slightly crispy, about 1 minute per side.
- 7. Drizzle with soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil mixture.
- 8. Fold and roll up. Cut into pieces. Serve immediately.
