Instructions
- 1. Prepare spring onion pancakes.
- 2. Cut fresh green onions into long sections.
- 3. Heat the oil in the pot over medium heat.
- 4. Place the green onions in the center of the pot.
- 5. Place one pancake on top of the green onions. Apply gentle pressure.
- 6. Cook until pancakes are warm and slightly crispy, about 1 minute per side.
- 7. Drizzle with soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil mixture.
- 8. Fold and roll up. Cut into chunks. Serve immediately.
