Zhejiang Huzhou Stir Fried Shrimp
Ingredients
- 300 g fresh lake shrimp (peeled)
- 1 tbsp egg white
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
- 50 g bamboo shoots (diced small)
- 50 g green peas
Instructions
- Marinate shrimp with egg white, cornstarch, and wine for 15 minutes.
