- 1 tsp cornstarch

- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
- 50 g bamboo shoots (diced small)
- 50 g green peas
制作步骤
- Marinate shrimp with egg white, cornstarch, and wine for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok until shimmering but not smoking.
- Quickly stir-fry shrimp for 1 minute until just pink. Remove.
- Add bamboo shoots and peas to the wok. Stir-fry 1 minute.
- Return shrimp. Season with salt and sugar. Toss 30 seconds and serve immediately.
