Qizi Recipe
Ingredients
- 20 pieces of glutinous rice leaves
- Rice 300g
- Egg 300g
- Green vegetables 300g
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash the rice, add appropriate amount of water and soak for 20 minutes.
- 2. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
- 3. Cut the side vegetables and set aside
- 4. Heat oil in another pan, stir-fry the side dishes until fragrant, and season to taste
- 5. Once the rice is cooked, fluff it
- 6. Place the fried side dishes on top of the rice.
