Zhejiang Jinhua Duck
Ingredients
- 1 whole duck (about 1.5 kg)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 3 slices ginger
- 3 scallions
- 1 star anise
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp five-spice powder
- Water to cover
Instructions
- Clean duck thoroughly.Blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes.Rinse.
