Ingredients

Instructions
- 1. Peel and slice lotus root into thin rounds.
- 2. Slice Jinhua ham thinly.
- 3. Heat oil, stir-fry ginger briefly.
- 4. Add lotus root slices. Stir-fry 2 minutes.
- 5. Add ham slices.
- 6. Add soy sauce and a splash of water.
- 7. Stir-fry 1 minute until lotus root is crisp-tender.
- 8. Garnish with scallions. Serve hot.
