Ingredients
- Stinky amaranth stalks 300g (cut sections)
- Ground pork 100g
- Garlic 4 cloves (minced)
- Dried chili 3
- Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Shaoxing wine 1 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Soak stinky amaranth stalks in water briefly. Cut into sections.
- 2. Heat oil, stir-fry ground pork until crispy.
- 3. Add garlic and dried chili.
- 4. Add stinky amaranth. Stir-fry 2 minutes.
- 5. Add Shaoxing wine and soy sauce.
- 6. Season with salt.
- 7. The strong aroma is an acquired taste but very flavorful.
- 8. Serve hot with rice.
