Ingredients
- Dough: 200 g glutinous rice flour
- Dough: 140 ml warm water
- Filling: 100 g black sesame seeds
- Filling: 50 g sugar
- Filling: 2 tbsp lard or butter
- Soup: 800 ml water
- Soup: 2 tbsp rock sugar
- Soup: 1 tbsp dried osmanthus flowers (optional)
- Ginger (optional)
Instructions
- Toast black sesame seeds in a dry pan until fragrant.Grind into a fine powder.
