Instructions

  1. 1. Shred the pork. Marinate with soy sauce and cornstarch.
  2. 2. Cut bamboo shoots, mushrooms and peppers into shreds.
  3. 3. Heat oil, stir-fry pork until white. Remove.
  4. 4. Saute ginger and vegetables until fragrant.
  5. 5. Return pork.
  6. 6. Add Shaoxing wine.
  7. 7. Add salt to taste.
  8. 8. Toss well. Serve hot.
