Zhejiang Qiantang Shredded Pork
Instructions
- 1. Shred the pork. Marinate with soy sauce and cornstarch.
- 2. Cut bamboo shoots, mushrooms and peppers into shreds.
- 3. Heat oil, stir-fry pork until white. Remove.
- 4. Saute ginger and vegetables until fragrant.
- 5. Return pork.
- 6. Add Shaoxing wine.
- 7. Add salt to taste.
- 8. Toss well. Serve hot.
