Qiantang Shredded Pork

Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin 200g (shredded)
- Bamboo shoots 50g (shredded)
- Shiitake mushrooms 30g (shredded)
- Chili 2 (shredded)
- Ginger 5g (minced)
- Scallions 2
- Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Shaoxing wine 1 tsp
- Cornstarch 1 tbsp
- Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Shred pork. Marinate with soy sauce and cornstarch.
- 2. Shred bamboo shoots, mushrooms and chili.
- 3. Heat oil, stir-fry pork until white. Remove.
- 4. Stir-fry ginger and vegetables.
- 5. Return pork.
- 6. Add Shaoxing wine.
- 7. Season with salt.
- 8. Toss well. Serve hot.
