Instructions

  1. 1. Cut stinky tofu into cubes.
  2. 2. Heat oil and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
  3. 3. Remove tofu. Stir-fry ground pork until crispy.

  6. 6. Add soy sauce, Shaoxing wine and a little water.
  7. 7. Simmer 3 minutes.
