Instructions
- 1. Cut duck breast into cubes.
- 2. Heat oil and fry duck skin until golden brown.
- 3. Add ginger, green onions and star anise.
- 4. Add soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar and water.
- 5. Bring to boil.
- 6. Reduce heat. Simmer 40 minutes until tender.
- 7. Increase heat to reduce sauce.
- 8. Serve hot with rice.
