Zhejiang Wenzhou Lean Meat Balls
Instructions
- 1. Mince pork tenderloin very finely.
- 2. Add sweet potato starch, green onions and ginger.
- 3. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste.
- 4. Add water gradually. Stir in one direction until thickened.
- 5. Bring water to a boil. Wet hands and form into meatballs.
- 6. Gently place into boiling water.
- 7. Cook for about 4 minutes until they float.
- 8. Add to clear soup or dip in soy sauce and serve.
