Zhejiang Wenzhou Sticky Rice
Instructions
- 1. Soak glutinous rice overnight. Drain.
- 2. Cut the pork belly into cubes. Soak and dice mushrooms. Finely chop the dried shrimps.
- 3. Stir-fry pork until fat renders.
- 4. Add mushrooms, dried shrimps and green onions.
- 5. Add soy sauce and salt to taste.
- 6. Mix with glutinous rice.
- 7. Steam over high heat for 40 minutes.
- 8. Fluff with a fork. Drizzle with sesame oil. Serve hot.
