Instructions

  1. 1. Soak glutinous rice overnight. Drain.
  2. 2. Cut the pork belly into cubes. Soak and dice mushrooms. Finely chop the dried shrimps.
  3. 3. Stir-fry pork until fat renders.
  4. 4. Add mushrooms, dried shrimps and green onions.
  5. 5. Add soy sauce and salt to taste.
  6. 6. Mix with glutinous rice.
  7. 7. Steam over high heat for 40 minutes.
  8. 8. Fluff with a fork. Drizzle with sesame oil. Serve hot.
