Buddha Jumps Over the Wall
Ingredients
- 3 abalone
- 2 sea cucumbers
- Fish maw 100g
- Shark fin 50g
- 1 whole chicken
- 2 pig trotters
- 6 flower mushrooms
- Yao Zhu 50g
- 8 quail eggs
- 10 slices of ginger
- Cooking wine 3 spoons
- Stock 1500ml
Cooking Steps
- 1. Soak abalone, sea cucumber and fish maw until soft in advance.
- 2. Blanch the whole chicken and pig trotters and remove the blood foam
