Preparation Steps
- 1. Soak abalone, sea cucumber and fish maw in advance.
- 2. Blanch the whole chicken and pig trotters to remove the blood foam
- 3. Take a casserole, place a bamboo grate on the bottom layer, and add various ingredients in sequence
- 4. Add stock and cooking wine
- 5. Seal the lid and simmer on low heat for 3-4 hours
- 6. Open the lid and season, sprinkle with coriander and serve
