Mango Pomelo Sago Dessert
Ingredients
- 3 mangoes
- 1 grapefruit
- Coconut milk 200ml
- Sago 100g
- Light cream 100ml
- Sugar 40g
- Condensed milk appropriate amount
Cooking Steps
- 1. Marinate the Yangzhi Manlu with cooking wine and a little starch for 10 minutes
- 2. Heat oil in a pot, add poplar nectar and fry quickly until it changes color and serve.
- 3. Leave oil in the pot and sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- 4. Add mango, grapefruit, coconut milk, sago and light cream and stir-fry until cooked
- 5. Pour back the poplar honey, add oyster sauce and light soy sauce and stir-fry quickly evenly
- 6. Thicken the soup and serve it on a plate
