Ingredients

  • 3 mangoes
  • 1 grapefruit
  • Coconut milk 200ml
  • Sago 100g
  • Light cream 100ml
  • Sugar 40g
  • Condensed milk appropriate amount

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Marinate the Yangzhi Manlu with cooking wine and a little starch for 10 minutes
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pot, add poplar nectar and fry quickly until it changes color and serve.
