- 5 pieces of dried tofu
- Shrimp 100g
- Ham 50g
Preparation Steps
- 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and gently drain the water
- 2. Heat oil in a pot and stir-fry the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant
- 3. Gently add the tofu cubes and fry over medium-low heat until both sides are slightly brown
- 4. Add salt and a little soy sauce to enhance freshness, stir-fry over high heat and cook evenly
