Steamed Sea Bass Cantonese Style
Ingredients
- 1 seabass
- 5 slices of ginger
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Salt as appropriate
- Appropriate amount of shredded ginger
- Shredded green onion appropriate amount
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash the seabass, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 15 minutes
- 2. Place the steamed seabass on a plate, top with seabass, ginger, shredded ginger and green onions.
