- 200g pork tenderloin
- 2 green peppers
- half an onion
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Cooking Steps
- 1. Slice the pork tenderloin against the grain, add cooking wine, soy sauce, and starch, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes.
- 2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it to 70% heat.
- 3. Add pork tenderloin and stir-fry quickly over high heat until it changes color.
- 4. Add green pepper and half onion and continue to fry until cooked.
- 5. Add soy sauce, stir-fry over high heat and serve.
- 6. Remove from the pot and plate
