Nanping Dried Bamboo Shoots and Roasted Pork
Ingredients
- 400 g pork belly
- 100 g dried bamboo shoots
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 2 slices ginger
- 2 star anise
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 500 ml water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

- Cut the pork into thin slices or small pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes
