Putian Lychee Pork
Ingredients
- Lychee 500g
- Rock sugar 50g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount

Cooking Steps
- 1. Cut the pork tenderloin into pieces, dip in starch and fry until golden and crispy.
