Putian Pan-fried Buns
Ingredients
- Dough: 300 g all-purpose flour
- Dough: 5 g yeast
- Dough: 160 ml warm water
- Filling: 200 g minced pork
- Filling: 100 g scallions (chopped)
- Filling: 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Filling: 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Filling: 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Filling: 1/2 tsp white pepper
- Filling: 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Wash and cut the Putian pan-fried buns, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes
