- 500g taro
- 100g sugar
- Lard 50g
- Osmanthus a little
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash the lard and set aside
- 2. Heat oil in a pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
- 3. Add lard and stir-fry quickly over high heat until it changes color.
- 4. Add sugar to taste, stir well over high heat and serve.
