- 三黄鸡1只
- 3汤匙酱油
- 蜂蜜30克
制作步骤
- 1.将鸡肉洗净,用竹签扎孔,方便调味
- 2、将盐、料酒、酱油、五香粉均匀涂抹在全身,腌制2小时以上。
- 3.将烤箱预热至200°C
- 4.将鸡肉放入烤盘中,刷上蜂蜜水或油
- 5.放入烤箱中层烤30-40分钟,中途翻面,刷上酱汁
- 6. 烤至表面金黄,内部熟透,即可切块装盘
