- 糯米粉200克
- 红豆沙 100g
- 适量食用油
- 盐适量
- 1汤匙酱油
- 葱、姜、蒜适量
- 料酒1勺
制作步骤
- 1.糯米粉洗净切块,沾上干淀粉或面糊
- 2、锅中倒入大量油,中火加热至60%热(插入筷子会出现密密麻麻的气泡)
- 3.加入糯米粉炒至浅棕色,捞出沥干。
- 4. 将油温升至80%热,再次煎至金黄酥脆。
- 5.捞出沥干油,撒上盐、酱油、料酒即可装盘
