Ingredients List

  • 500g snails
  • 10 dried chili peppers
  • Appropriate amount of cooking oil
  • Appropriate amount of salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Onions, ginger and garlic in moderation

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Soak the snail in water in advance and spit out the sand, then use pliers to cut off the tip of the tail
