Ingredients List
- 500g snails
- 10 dried chili peppers
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Appropriate amount of salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Onions, ginger and garlic in moderation
- 1 spoon cooking wine
Cooking Steps
- 1. Soak the snail in water in advance and spit out the sand, then use pliers to cut off the tip of the tail
- 2. Add oil to the pot, add ginger, garlic, chili and pickled bamboo shoots and stir-fry until fragrant
- 3. Add snails and stir-fry over high heat
- 4. Pour in appropriate amount of water, add salt and soy sauce to taste
- 5. Cook over high heat for 5-8 minutes, until the snail meat is fragrant.
- 6. Sprinkle with perilla leaves and serve
