Yangshuo Stuffed Pomelo
Ingredients List
- Yangshuo grapefruit stuffed 150g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Appropriate amount of salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 spoon cooking wine
- Onions, ginger and garlic in moderation
Cooking Steps
- 1. Cut the grapefruit into slices and remove the pulp.
- 2. Chop the pork into filling, add salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce and mix well
- 3. Stuff the meat filling into the grapefruit skin
- 4. Put in the steaming tray and steam over high heat for 20 minutes
- 5. Take it out and pour the juice on top.
