- 培根100克
- 适量食用油
- 盐适量

制作步骤
- 1、培根切成薄片或小块,加入料酒和少许酱油腌制15分钟
- 2、锅中倒入适量食用油,大火加热至70%热。
- 3.加入培根,用大火快速翻炒至变色。
