Ingredients

- 100 g dried Bama longevity herbs (huangqi, danggui, gouqi)
- 200 g free-range chicken (optional, for richer broth)
- 3 dried red dates
- 5 slices ginger
- 1 corn (cut into chunks)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1.5L water
