Hechi crispy chicken
Ingredients
- 1 whole free-range chicken (about 1.5 kg)
- Marinade: 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Marinade: 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- Marinade: 1 tbsp five-spice powder
- Marinade: 2 slices ginger, 3 cloves garlic
- Marinade: 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt
- Glaze: 2 tbsp maltose or honey, 1 tbsp hot water
- 1 tbsp white vinegar

- Wash and cut the Hechi crispy chicken, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes
