Lemon Duck
Ingredients
- 1 duck (about 1.5 kg, cut into pieces)
- 3 pickled lemons (ningmeng yan)
- 2 sour plums
- 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 3 chili peppers
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Wash and cut the duck into pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes
