Liuzhou Sweet Potato Dumplings
Ingredients
- Dough: 300 g sweet potato (steamed and mashed)
- Dough: 50 g tapioca starch
- Filling (sweet): 100 g red bean paste
- Or filling (savory): 100 g minced pork, mushrooms, soy sauce
- Oil for deep frying

- Wash and cut Liuzhou sweet potato dumplings into pieces, blanch them in water to remove the blood foam and set aside.
