Liuzhou snail noodles
Liuzhou snail rice noodles are arguably the most famous dish from Guangxi and one of the most viral Chinese foods of recent years. Featuring rice noodles in a fiery, tangy broth made from river snails, topped with crispy fried tofu skin, pickled bamboo shoots, and peanuts.
食材清单
- River snail 500 g
- Dried chili peppers 10 pcs
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Chopped scallions to taste
- Cooking oil to taste
- Salt to taste
制作步骤
- 1. Add flour and water and mix into a smooth dough, let it rest for 30 minutes
- 2. Roll the dough into thin sheets and cut into desired shapes
- 3. Prepare side dishes and condiments
- 4. Boil water in a pot, add pasta and cook until cooked, take out
- 5. Mix the pasta and side dish seasonings evenly
- 6. Plate and serve
