- 2 lemons
- 50g rock sugar
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Appropriate amount of salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 spoon cooking wine
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash and cut the duck into pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marinate
