Guangxi lemon chicken is a classic traditional dish of Guangxi and a representative work of Gui cuisine. Ning Mengji has a fresh taste and makes good use of hot and sour and mountain cake herbs. Ingredients List
- 2 lemons
- 50g rock sugar
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Appropriate amount of salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash and cut the chicken into pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marina
