Sīwáwa (Silk Dolls) is a beloved Guiyang street food. Thin, crepe-like wrappers are filled with a colorful assortment of shredded vegetables, vermicelli, and herbs, then folded into small bundles resembling swaddled babies. They are dipped in a tangy Guizhou-style sour sauce before eating.

- 4. Pour in hot and sour dipping water (prepared with soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, Sichuan pepper oil, etc.)
