White fish soup
Ingredients
- 500 g fresh fish (river fish or grass carp)
- 3 slices ginger
- 4-5 sprigs of local wild herbs (or cilantro and Thai basil)
- 1 tomato (quartered)
- 500ml water
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- Salt to taste
- A few drops of lime juice
