Hainanese roasted pork
Ingredients
- 800 g pork belly (skin on)
- Marinade: 2 tbsp five-spice powder
- Marinade: 1 tbsp fermented bean paste
- Marinade: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar
- Marinade: 3 cloves garlic, 2 slices ginger
- Skin treatment: 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp maltose or honey
Instructions
- Wash the pork belly, marinate with seasonings for 30 minutes
