Ingredients

  • Glutinous rice 300g
  • 1 bamboo tube
  • Bacon 100g

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Take out the overnight rice in advance and break it up with your hands (fresh rice needs to be spread out and left to cool)
  2. 2. Cut bacon into small pieces, add cooking wine and salt and marinate for 10 minutes
  3. 3. Beat the eggs and set aside
