- Danzhou rice rotten rice 1 piece
- Flour 300g
- Salt as appropriate

Cooking Steps
- 1. Cook Danzhou rice mash according to package instructions until half-cooked, remove and drain with cold water.
- 2. Boil water in a large pot, add noodles and cook until soft and hard, take out
