Lingshui acid powder
Ingredients
- 200 g thin rice noodles
- 50 g fried fish cake (cut into strips)
- 50 g shredded beef
- 30 g roasted peanuts
- 20 g pickled radish
- Bean sprouts
- Cilantro
- Sour-sweet fish sauce: 100 ml fish stock
- Sauce: 2 tbsp sugar
- Sauce: 1 tbsp black vinegar
- Sauce: 1 tbsp garlic oil
- Chili sauce

- Add flour and water and mix into a smooth dough, let it rest for 30 minutes
