Ingredients
- Wanning Coffee 200g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
Cooking Steps
- 1. Grind Wanning coffee beans into medium to fine powder
- 2. Pour the water into the kettle and boil it
- 3.Put the coffee powder into the filter cup
- 4. Slowly pour hot water to extract
- 5. Wait 3-4 minutes for drip filtration to complete.
- 6. Add condensed milk or sugar, stir well and drink
