Ingredients
- Wanning Coffee 200g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
Instructions
- 1. Grind Wanning coffee beans into medium-fine powder
- 2. Boil water in a kettle
- 3. Put coffee powder into the filter cup
- 4. Slowly pour hot water for extraction
- 5. Wait 3-4 minutes for trickling filtration to complete.
- 6. Add condensed milk or sugar, stir well and drink
